There are several different ways to soften your skin with both external and internal products.
- Use additives in your bath to help soften your skin while you soak

- Take supplements to soften your skin from the inside out
- Take Evening Primrose supplements
- Take Flaxseed supplements
- Take vitamin E supplements
- Drink plenty of water
